Returns Policy

We deliver orders within Australia. Shipment of orders will take approximately 3 - 5 working days.

In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer.

Freight Charges


 All orders over $100 are freight free.

A Flat rate of $8.00 applies to Sydney CBD addresses only. Anything outside of Sydney CBD will be charged at a standard $10.95

If items are very heavy or bulky we reserve the right to charge for additional freight costs.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods.

Out of Stock Items


 If an item in your order is out of stock. We may contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping.

 If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.

 Returns


 Any faulty or damaged stock received will be replaced at no charge if GoVita Roselands is notified within 7 days of receipt.

If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of Govita Roselands, it will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the incorrect item(s) will be given upon its return to us.

Products ordered incorrectly by the customer can be exchanged or a credit note can be arranged upon its arrival and inspection by Govita Roselands staff confirm the product was returned within 7 days of delivery and has not been opened or tampered with.
